Ordering Process

Shopping Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the
“Add to Cart” button. This will put your selected products into the shopping cart. You can change the number of items and remove the items (by clicking on “Remove button” or X button. Click on the “Update Cart” will update the number of items and click on the “Checkout Now” button to proceed to the next step.

Checkout

1. Fill in your personal details and your shipping details on the left side form and details of your orders will be on the right side.
2. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” will redirect you to our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe.
3. Carefully review the items and the amount that you will be paying (with/without shipping fee; on Stripe will be referred by P&P fee)
4. By clicking on the “Pay Now” button, you submit the order. Your payment should be now processed by Stripe. If the payment is successful, you should be redirected to our website with payment successful message. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

Shipping and Delivery Information

Local Delivery
Your order will be delivered by our shipment partner (NinjaVan) or local courier, depends on the size of the packaging. Shipment usually takes about 2-3 days to reach your place. You can also opt for self-collection at our office. Our office address can be found in Contact & Info page.

International Delivery
Your order will be delivered by Aramex International. Shipping charges will be available once your delivery address is completed.

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods. Please choose the most convenient one.
The prices in the respective offers are final. They include all price components, including any taxes, shipping and handling fees.

Credit Cards / Debit Cards
Above payment methods will be proceeded by Stripe. You do not necessary to have an account with Stripe for the transaction using the above methods. Please note we do not store your card details.
